By accessing and using the Darbar Kitchen website and online ordering platform operated by CafeOS ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our Platform allows you to browse menus, place food orders for pickup or delivery, make table reservations, and interact with our AI-powered assistant (GenieUs). You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or making reservations.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Orders are subject to menu availability and restaurant operating hours

3. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and tips.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Zero commission ordering — no hidden platform fees on your order

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. After preparation has begun, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the restaurant directly at (707) 919-3095 for any refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Darbar Kitchen and CafeOS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Darbar Kitchen and CafeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
